Commuter Must Haves for Spring

 

Commuting into the city can be a challenge, but I have learned a lot. Some of those things include what I can never leave the house with out. & what better way to share then before new, blooming (and hopefully warm, very warm) Spring time? It’s a perfect time to splurge and brighten up your everyday essentials.

1. A girl always on the go, I have to keep hydrated. Glass water bottles are known to keep your water more pure, and you can’t help but notice how springy and adorable this one is.

2. Flash shades are all the rage, & even though you can find cheaper versions of these Ray Bans, I guarantee these will be worth every penny this season.

3. I have to say if I had to choose one makeup product to have with me at all times this spring, Tarte cheek stain would be it. Not only will it give you a rosy Spring glow with a quick swift of the stick, but it can be used as a lip stain too! Perfect for that last minute happy hour after work. For natural pale skin like mine, I went with Fearless.

4. If you’re a girl, I guarantee there is a bobby pin at the bottom of your purse. They are always my go-to for switching up a look last minute or taming that stray hair I found after I got to the office. I love these fun blue bobby pins to switch up my typical natural-colored bobby pins.

5. Spring is the perfect excuse to splurge on a neutral tote for your everyday commuting bag. I found this one on sale that also comes with a zipper pouch (perfect for my train ticket I can never seem to find).

6. Okay, so you don’t necessarily need these for commuting, BUT, I couldn’t resist adding. A little while ago I printed out a saying that said “TODAY IS THE DAY.” and stuck it on a board at my desk. I find it inspiring and it’s a good pick me up when I’m having one of those days. So here are some printable motivational sayings to inspire your work day.

7. You never know where the day will take you and you’ll need that extra juice for your phone. I found this portable charger, both chic and compatible with most devices.
