I find that it’s becoming more normal to go through the day with a heavy heart. It’s routine to wake up with your news feed flowing with awful things happening in the world. So what do you do? Help where you can and try to get through the week. I’m here to help with the “getting through” part and linked some things below that to me are making the world a better place.
