Located right around the corner from the Hoboken PATH – I recently had breakfast at SunnySide Cafe & Eatery in Hoboken. The aesthetic immediately wakes you up when you walk in: the wood, marble and let’s not forget that neon “good morning sunshine” sign on the plant wall. As per usual, I chose the eggs benedict (I know I really need to broaden my breakfast horizons) and it was delicious. Next time, I’m trying the smoked salmon, solely because it has a pretty yellow flower in the middle of it.
They seem to have great lunch options too and smoothies, etc. I’d definitely come here with my laptop and work, a lot of open table space and I was really into their almond milk latte.
