Are you drooling yet? This summer approved treat is so delicious I couldn’t stop eating them! Good thing the main ingredient is fresh fruit. Not only is this dessert a healthier option, but it is so easy and quick to make. Grilled peaches are all the rage this summer and I’m all for it. The great thing about this recipe is you can switch it up anyway you like depending on what kind of sweet tooth you have. See below for the deets!
Ingredients:
- 3 fresh peaches
- 1 tsp of butter (if that)
- quart of vanilla ice cream
- handful of walnuts
- honey
- cinnamon
Steps:
- Cut the peaches in half
- Rub butter on the insides of the peaches for easy grilling
- Place peaches on the grill
- Check them every minute, they grill pretty fast. I would leave them on for 5 minutes max.
- Take the peaches off the grill and add your toppings.
- Enjoy!
